So, what's my story?
I’m a San Diego, California native married to an East Tennessee native - a former Navy Sonar Technician who traded ships for fairways and is now a PGA golf pro. We recently celebrated 18 years of marriage, and together we’ve raised two teenage sons who will soon be flying the nest. Over the years, we’ve called California, Florida, Kentucky, and Tennessee home, collecting memories and adventures along the way.
When I’m not at a networking event or glued to my laptop, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen attempting new Italian recipes, listening to music or inspirational podcasts, or negotiating desk space with my cat… who’s convinced she’s the real boss.
Now here’s the honest part: my career in Human Resources wasn’t born out of “passion.” I mean, who grows up dreaming of paperwork and policies? Not me. HR became more of a slow burn - a reliable, steady kind of love that grew over time. And while you'll never catch me saying I’m passionate about HR, I am passionate about giving business owners and leaders peace of mind.
I want them to rest easy at night, to take vacations without panic, and to feel supported in the moments that matter. That’s what fuels me. I love being the resource people can count on, and that’s what keeps me showing up with equal parts strategy, empathy, and just enough introvert energy to keep things awkwardly comedic, but completely profesh.
